Hello Mr. Kapoor, I researched your appointment login times (when you arrived and signed into our software system) as opposed to your appointment times. It appears that you have signed in late for each appointment, with the most recent appointment you were over an hour late. Patients are taken back for treatment based on their appointment time and arrival time. The reason you had to wait is due to your late arrival time. The doctor worked you into his schedule for treatment. Our doctors work towards treating patients with the best care possible in a timely manner. (There are occasions when they might have an acute patient that requires more care.) We encourage you arrive on time for your appointment if you do not want to wait. Thank you
