Britt answered my first call and was so sweet it made me decide to come here. Upon arrival she wasn't at the desk and I didn't get a warm greeting, instead the other front desk person (long black hair with glasses) looked at me and didn't say a word. I put my dog on the scale and she just kept staring no greeting no hello no what can I do for you. I told her why I was there she said ok I'll take you back shortly. A bit later she took me back to an exam room and shut the door and left. Tech came in, was nice, didn't introduce herself but she was sweet and kind to my dog. Doctor was nice, exam wasn't super thorough which I was kind of sad about but that's ok. Thank god for Britt because she was there to check me out and she was so sweet and nice. She definitely should be the face of your practice.

I always appreciate the compassionate way in which the doctors attend to my dog. He suffers from fear based anxiety and has difficulty meeting/accepting new people. They are always so understanding and willing to work with him to make him as comfortable as possible during his exams and offer new training methods for us to practice/work on to help him overcome or better manage his issues. Few people are willing to take the time to understand and get to know my dog on his terms. I really appreciate that the Chatfield team (doctors, techs and daycare providers) go above and beyond in getting to know and love him in spite of his difficulties.
This was our first visit to this office with our new puppy. Everyone was very friendly and we felt welcomed. The Doctor discussed the different immunizations and was pretty realistic with choices we had and didn't up sell a bunch of stuff we didn't need. So far so good.
I have been coming to Chatfield Veterinary Hospital since 2000/2001. All of my pets have come here. I actually drive down from Fort Collins, CO for my dog's needs now. She's going to be 15 this year, and I couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else. You can't beat the quality of care or how much each and every person loves and cares for our girl!
