The level of care has always been good here. The personnel has been helpful with answering questions. I had quite a disappointment, however, after being measured for a new contact lens, when I was charged for that over and above my eye exam. I was told my insurance does not pay for the measuring exam. I do not recall in 30 or more years with Cherry Creek Eye that I have had to pay extra for that, even in all the years I had no vision insurance and paid out of pocket for my entire exam.
