The time of my appointment was confusing as my reminder card reflected 9:45 AM while the email reminder said 8:45 AM, necessitating a call to confirm the time. Upon arrival, while I had signed in and was in the chair receiving service, the front desk thought I had not arrived and called my home to see where I was. The hygienist had computer trouble too and ultimately was unable to schedule my next appointment which the front desk ultimately handled.

As always, Kristi does an outstanding job on my teeth. I feel that she thorough in not only the cleaning, but is truly concerned about my dental care, how she explains the benefits of good dental hygiene, and the consequences of the lack of it.

I always feel refreshed when I leave, and enjoy the friendliness of all the staff, as well as Dr. Bass. In the 30 yrs that I have been coming to Cherry Hills, I don't ever recall a bad experience. Thank you.

I've been seen at CHDA since childhood, and am still very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. I wouldn't consider going to any other dentist's office.
