As a beginner, I would enjoy more lessons in how to correctly punch, kick, block, etc. There are little things, that instructors don't even think about because it is natural for them, that I still need to learn. I have learned some of them from other students but I would like to hear it from instructors. Such as, rotating your shoulder when jabbing - it took me almost 2 months to learn that. Or not to "wind up" when throwing a hook. I feel like, because of the class sizes, these little things that build the foundation of good kickboxing are overlooked by the instructors.
