The service felt like it was more about teaching the dental students then for the Patient. Although there was treatment needed and the information was explained thoroughly and made no sense because appointments are unavailable which means I have to call back in sept. To try to get an appointment by nov that is unacceptable. Especially when they are explaining how the cavities can spread to other teeth.

My granddaughter has been going here since the age of 2. Today was her first visit on the big kids side and it went great. The staff were very patient with her therefore she was at ease. My experience with this office has been so great that I also enrolled my grandsons and referred my nieces and nephews. The receptionist and the check out staff are also great

Everything was good. The staff and drs were very good with my child. He was comfortable and not scared. Only thing was the extremely long wait time.

The service here is getting better and better. They have better working staff who are really trained well to treat special needs kids. Especially with this recent visit. We came as an emergency visit because my son, who has autism, is having a hard time brushing his teeth (which is unlikely to happen), eating and sleeping well. Until I noticed that his metal cap is getting loose and I saw a laceration from his gum so I had to get it checked. They already told me that there’s no guarantee that he might be seen because they’ll prioritize the ones with appointment yet thank God they admitted us. They weren’t rushed, but they patiently walked through my son with the process. The dental assistant was even doing ASL on him which made him comfortable since she has this calm aura as she speaks to him. I like how she had to prime him of when the chair goes up or even using certain tools to check him. She didn’t even force him to take an xray but eventually my son tried it because she waited for him until he’s ready. The dentist who examined him too was very calm, kind and accommodating. He gave him stickers for doing a good job being calm and following directions despite some hesitance to do so. Overall excellent service. How I wish my son could visit more often for him to understand that it’s ok coming to dental visits.

It was our very first appointment and everyone was very professional. I wish I remember the name of the Dentist but he was the first to get my son to actually even brush his teeth with the spinning toothbrush. Very nice to see how well they work with kids.
