Always have great service, however I had an appointment and I thought I was gone be late so I called the lady told me I couldn’t be late and hung up. I called right back and it said they were closed.

The ladies did a great job with my Child. The front desk and the Hygienist. However, the office manager needs to learn how to speak to customers and tone it down. It’s not what you say it’s how you say!!

My son is in a wheelchair and they don't have enough space in waiting room for a wheelchair. The facility is not handicap accessible.

I arrive before my daughter appointment time. I realized it was no where to park so my only option was to park on the street. I arrive back in the office and waited and my daughter still was not called for her appointment. Yet I was told on the phone to be early. I didn't not like parking on the street or did I like waiting around for my daughter to be seen when I arrive extremely early to avoid any interruptions . Staff also told me to park on the street very unprofessional and to have no parking for parents is not fair at all.

The wait time was over 30 minutes. I asked why it’s taking so long and they took me back. After going into the our room there is still a wait while they get set up. The rooms should be cleaned and ready for their patients. There is no reason it should take over an hour for just a cleaning. If I have an apt at 1:00 I should not have to sit in a dirty, over crowed waiting room!
