Negative experience with my child. Dental assistant ignored my request when asked to speak with the head manager not there. It was the back and forth with the 2 dental assistants, ignoring my real concerns. Too many hands in the pot. They wanted to do a bear hug on my child, I asked to go in the back with my 3year old child. Before COIVD that wasn't an issue to go in the back. She's 3yrs old. Doctor said no. Front desk staff were nice, it's how the situation was handled. Ask questions before making your final Decisions with this place.

Super smile for kids always do a good job with the kids and notifying the parents what going on with the kids why at the dentist appointment they very professional and friendly with the kids so they want be scary I appreciate all of them a lot for all they do each and every day.

Greeted with warm smiles every time we come and they always explain the services given. If I have questions, they take the time needed without rushing me off and very important to me, it's mostly still the same staff so it's has to be a great place to work. Thank you all!!
