This is a review based on my child's LAST appointment - we have always received EXCELLENT dental care and our orthodontist says Dr King and company did everything right with respect to spacers and teeth pulls over the last few years, which made the inevitable braces less of a problem than they could have been otherwise. So 5 stars. But, if I had to rate my last appointment, which was the email prompt - one area to improve on would be for the people working on my child's teeth to introduce who they are and what position they are in. One woman came out to the waiting area and told me what procedures they were doing at that appointment and then a different woman came out at the end of the appointment and told me what was done and that everything was fine and took me to the checkout. Was she the dentist? a different hygienist? Please don't assume I know who you are or what your role is - I'm only there every 6 months. I would have loved for them to say to me, or better yet to my child: Dr. Lulu isn't here but I'm a dentist too and I'll be checking your teeth today. My name is Dr ---. It was only after we were in the car heading home that I asked about what Dr. Lulu said and learned that Dr. Lulu didn't look at her teeth. My child said that two people worked on her, but she didn't know if one of them was a dentist or not. So, I would suggest that if a patient's chart shows you are a new dentist for them - make sure the patient and the parent knows you are a new dentist and take a moment to introduce yourself.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Our number one priority is to make sure our patients and families have the greatest experience while in our office. We will ensure our parents are introduced to the clinical team and walked through the steps of their appointment. Thank you again and it's our pleasure to serve you.
