The worst dental office in Brockton ever , they never on time my appointment was at 4 pm and they called me to come in at 2 pm instead and got there I waited till 3 pm and still didn’t get called in . So i go up to the receptionist and she tells me they backed up because they’re busy and there’s only 3 specialist in but my biggest question was why you called me to switch my time if you knew it wasn’t going to be the right time ,her answer was that the specialist don’t take people at 4 pm but again they’re the who made my appointment at 4 pm afffff .sick and tired of this place. This employees sucks and they have attitude and have no skills for patience attendance at all . This time im really going to change my whole family out of here asap.

Horrible service, they refuse you service if you have a balance and drill you like you have no intentions of paying.

The doctor is amazing and is knowledgeable of the work which is highly appreciated. However, the receptionist should be aware of incoming patients and insurance especially when I had been seen legit a few days ago. The check in process was not up to par and the supervisor ( I’m assuming) watched the clerk do a check in for over 5 minutes which was ridiculous. The supervisor, after several minutes of the receptionist looking for insurance, informed her I was all set. Not to mention the supervisor was sitting at her desk and was listening the entire time.
