Very disappointed that I never had anyone return my call on Friday, despite my desperate need for help with negative results after my sons fillings. I don't understand the purpose of your 'after-hours' service where all they said is they are not linked to your office. Despite leaving two messages, I never got a call back from the dentist or anyone from there. It's a shame..and I hope I am able to find a more professional dentist for my children. Once a couple of appointments are done, I will transfer my children.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, we have spoken to our afterhours answering service and have found out they left a message on another doctors voicemail. Our office is now looking for a new company to handle our emergency calls. Sorry of any inconvenience this may have caused you and your family.
