I'm very torn over how I feel about Children's Dentistry... the hygienist was AMAZING. She was so sweet, kind and welcoming. The receptionists were also great. And the office itself is beautiful with areas for kids to play and comfy couches in the waiting room. Absolute A+ there.
But It was recommended by the dentist I wean my 1 year old even though WHO recommendation is 2 years. And the dentist told me that the next teeth coming in would be a set that hadn't started yet, while the set after that are already in 2 days later. It made me feel like she hadn't actually looked at my child's teeth and was just telling me what would normally happen even though that isn't the story in his mouth. I know that I filled out the paperwork about history but it was odd to me that there were no questions asked about what he's eating or drinking or our brushing routine or any of that.
Overall, the good outweighs the bad/mediocre but I'm not sure we'll be back. I would feel confident recommending Children's Dentistry to someone with an older child but I don't know if I would recommend them for a toddler.
