My 4 year old has had two appointments canceled last minute and when called to be rescheduled they can’t get him in for over a month. First time I can understand, second time the receptionist was so rude and couldn’t care less that my child was in pain. Said there is nothing she could do. Like it’s my fault? I asked for the first available appointment and she can’t for two weeks? I’ve been going through this process all summer to get it taken care of before school starts. Very unprofessional office and the staff is very rude.
