I've got mixed reviews here. Our first appointment was at 7:30AM and I arrived at 7:15 to hand in my paperwork. Every other child got called in and we waited until about 7:45AM to be called into a room. I filled the nurse in on all her questions and understood what was going to happen. The dentist came in about 7:55AM. Exam went fine but at the end I noticed a jawline scratch along his face... was disappointed in that. We were done the appointment in about 10 minutes and went out to pay my bill. The receptionists were having trouble filing the electronic claim (son was wiggling and struggling after appointment) so I just asked for them to give me the paperwork and I'd handle.
I didn't like the time delay, the scratch on his face or the check out process. Maybe I expected too much for a morning appointment.....

Please accept our sincerest apologies. The new patient appointment does take some time at the beginning to input information for the electronic file but, it does sound like this took longer than usual. We sincerely hope we are able to meet your expectations at your child's next visit.
