I had a very good experience bringing my rabbit here for her pre-spay appointment. They answered my questions/concerns about my rabbit’s eating habits and were knowledgeable about her care.

I felt the Dr. was very thorough and understanding of what we are going through. Not acting like a robot. She was compassionate and listened to my concerns and offered a few different routes we could take with our cat. Explaining the outcome for each scenario. We will now see how the week goes and what we will do next week.

Overall the care was okay. Not really confident that both exams were complete. When I questioned the vet she didn’t offer to redo what appeared to be missed. She just passed it off indicating that there wasn’t any history of a heart murmur. I didn’t care for the staff member who was inconvenienced because she had to wait to assist me out to the car. Not professional at all especially when she stated “I have things to do and can’t be standing around” I don’t really like bringing both animals at once. I prefer two different appointments. I find the charges for oral care on the higher side. I may consider looking for other vets.

The staff at chippens hill is always so kind, efficient, helpful and friendly. They care for our cats as if they were their own.

Everyone was amazing with Russell. Very gentle and careful I didn’t feel rushed at all. I loved how she let Russ sniff everything before using anything on him, I felt so much respect for both myself and Russell. It was also very helpful to have everything priced out for me so there was no surprises. Thank you!!

Our new puppy Max was anxious to start but everyone helped him feel welcome and as we relaxed so did he.
