Our apologies for no explanation on the pricing change. Dr. Dunlop has incremented a price increase as of January 1, 2020. Your payment at the time of service is reflected according to what your insurance benefits are, i.e. individual deductible and co-insurance. In your instance, your deductible was not reached according to our records and therefore pricing was calculated at what your insurance company would allow and the allowed amount was applied to your deductible Patient is responsible for payment until their deductible is met.
