First time visiting a chiropractor. Did not know what to expect. Gained plentiful knowledge about my bones, ligaments, and muscles and how they interact and affect each other in multiple ways. Learned simple stretching exercises and how to properly ice my injured area. Left with much higher confidence in overcoming my injury.
