I really wish I could of left positive feedback but there was very little positive with the experience I recently had there. I took my car there to have the passenger door painted and a replacement front bumper that required painting. The first issue was that it took an additional day to complete over what was promised because they had to repaint a piece. I was paying for this out of pocket so it cost me an additional day for my rental car. Then I get a call telling me that my car was ready and they said that it needed to be in a cashiers check. They have all the major credit cards posted right on their front window. I told them I needed to pay with a credit card and they acted very disappointed. Those items alone left a bad taste in my mouth. But then immediately after picking up my car I noticed a dashboard light on that wasn't on before. So I had to take it back and have them clear it. A couple of days later I noticed on the door they painted something in the clear coat. I took it back to them and they said it was dust and that it was very common to have dust in the clear coat. They could buff and polish it out. They did so and I left. Then 5 minutes after leaving I noticed several other places with dust in the paint. I took it back and asked them to check all the places they worked on fix them. They worked on it about 45 minutes and instead of just fixing the dust areas they did the whole door. After work that day I was looking at the door and noticed that there were many places that were now cloudy and blotchy. So I went back to them a 4th time and they polished it out again to remove most of the cloudy blotchy areas. Since then I have noticed additional dust and cloudy and blotchy areas. My time is valuable and I will not just keep wasting time taking it back over and over. 4 times was 4 times too many. And having dust in the paint is NOT normal and is a sign of a poorly maintained body shop and very poor quality workmanship. I am going to take my car to a reputable body shop and have the door repainted. I have had body work done on several of my vehicles and have never once had a single problem like I've had at Chris' Body and Paint. I will never be going back and certainly not recommend them to anyone....quite the opposite! The only redeeming quality with this experience was Jordan that I worked with, he was very nice and responsive.

We are sorry that our repairs did not meet your expectations. At Chris? Body & Paint we strive to get your vehicle back to pre-accident condition. Although the process of repairing a vehicle unfortunately it is not always perfect, we do try our best to get it back to how the vehicle looked when you purchased it. We do feel that we worked to correct the imperfections that occurred during the repair process the best we could, with the time given. With today?s vehicle technologies when disassembling for any body work this can cause warning lights to appear on the dash. This is the reason we prefer to perform pre and post scans on vehicles to ensure there are no errors present, before or after the repair. This unfortunately was an option you declined to have performed, which we did reset at no cost when you brought the vehicle back. Dust nibs are always a problem in any body shop. We are extremely sorry that we did not catch that before you picked up your vehicle. You are completely correct that you should not have had to return four times. Please know it is always our goal to perform the highest quality repairs that make our customers happy. We do take great pride in our workmanship, unfortunately there are times that things do happen, and this we should have caught, but unfortunately missed which understandably caused you frustration. We take great pride in our reputation as a top-quality body shop. Please accept our sincerest apologies.

The work, which is the important part, was great. My car is looking like new. Thank you! Almost everyone was great at answering my questions and provided great customer service, except the lady who called me to pick up my car and who checked me out. She was rude. If I do not come back to your shop, it might just be so I do not have to deal with her again.

Great experience all around. It was a little busy when we arrived for our 2 dogs vaccinations All was handled efficiently and friendly. The girls who took us back for shots and blood draw were especially kind and talked to the dogs the whole time like they were their dogs.:) It is nice to have reasonably priced vaccinations and great caregivers at the same time.Thanks HSU!
