I was horribly let down with the whole experience. Maybe I came in with too high expectations? Jordan was great. Super helpful and informative. The work on the car was marginal. Yeah, it’s fixed, but the alignment of the seams are really wonky, and the new panels are not flush with the rest of the car. There is rubber sticking out of the grill by the hood of car.

I think I got a total of 6 emails and a phone call everyday for a week prior to my appt. that is way too much folks. I talked to someone every time there was call. Responded to emails and got confirmation of my response from employees. Yet, I got chain called. Annoying,

The most annoying thing, the thing that will keep me from ever referring your business to anyone I know- My documents and miscellaneous nonsense that I had in my car had been gone through. Nothing was missing. It all had been moved around. The settings in the stupid info screen had been messed with. I mean just real stupid ridiculous stuff. Didn’t need to happen.

Absolutely ruined my experience with Chris’s auto body.

Just like the perfect ice cream sundae....I was left with a effing cherry on top... almost literally. A friggin GIANT bird turd right smack dab in the middle of windshield on the driver side. It was the size of a dollar bill (yes, the paper bill).

I mean really? Really? Nice.

We are deeply concerned that your expectations were not met. We take the utmost pride in our work, and when we hear that we have let one our customers down it make us extremely concerned. Please bring your vehicle by so that we can take a look at the repair and see what we can do to get the vehicle repaired to your satisfaction. The emails and phone calls were to verify the payment from the insurance company was received by you. They do require we have certain forms signed and completed in order for them to provide payment. We do apologize as we should have done a better job of explaining the reasons behind the calls. When we complete a repair we do light cleaning of the vehicle to clean up any dust that may have accumulated from the repair process. During this process we do vacuum the vehicle and it is often necessary to move items around so that they don't get eaten up by the vacuum. We should have had that cherry from the bird left after we cleaned the vehicle removed from your windshield , we deeply apologize for that oversight. Please know that we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations, and would like to discuss this further with you. Our office manager will be reaching out to you to discuss it with you.

Things could not have gone better for us from start to finish. Josh absolutely rocked it for us during the estimating process. It was awesome to have an advocate fighting for us. Our vehicle was damaged by another driver. We asked for none of the headache. Chris' really reduced our headache by professionally engaging with the insurance company. Also, as usual, the quality of their work was first rate. Several visits over the years to Chris' and we leave completely satisfied each time.

Thank you for taking such care of my sweet dog. I knew that getting him fixed was the right thing to do, but I still struggled with it. The staff was wonderful and reassured me I was doing the right thing. In addition, they gave me other options, like trimming his nails while he was asleep. They also told me I could update his rabies vaccine at this visit instead of bringing him back in a few months. The vet gave me all the information I needed and even warned me that my dog would try and manipulate me to take off his cone. The surgery went well, and now my biggest issue is trying to keep him from running around during his healing process. Of course, I have to mention what a great value the clinic is. It would have been hard to pay the vet prices to fix my dog. This was affordable. And I greatly appreciate that.
