First off Service advisor John was beyond expectations his patience call Manor and he explain everything was beyond, left me without questions about what was going on the . The Team themselves are very friendly courteous and reliable. Cost was very Reasonable and actually I saved money go in there.

I WOULDN’T ADVISE ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. I ONLY WENT BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSE TO HOME. THE COUNTER GUY WAS COOL, although he DID NOT ADD MY DISCOUNT ON LIKE HE SAID. THE REPAIRS/And PRICES THEY QUOTED. NAH BOGUS. I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND ONE OF THE THINGS THEY SAID I NEEDED I DIDNT!!! And THE BIGGER JOB THAT THEY WANTED 1800.. for HA I GOT DONE AT ANOTHER Shop for under 500.!!!! Huge difference especially in these times. WHY NOT TREAT PEOPLE HONESTLY. DO NOT TRUST THEM GET A SECOND OPINION FOLKS.

I am very satisfied with my experience at the Washington Avenue location. The only work required was completed timely and for the amount agreed upon with NO additional fees. The communication from the store was excellent. My vehicle was repaired and on time! I highly recommend this shop.

The Team went way above and beyond service. While my car was parked, someone backed into my car and damaged the bumper. The Team followed the driver and asked him to return to provide his information. Once I arrived to pick up my car, the Team was very courtesy to provide me the necessary information.

I was upset about your connection with the insurance company. I had to look after what's going on. I hade to check everything whit them. Check your email, because it was incorrect what they got. I had to wait extra day. I do not know how many day I have to way, if I am not looking and checking everything step by step.
