I have been a customer for many years. My experience was awful. I had an appointment at 7:30 for an oil change. I was the first customer to be written up. An hour later, my car was still up on the lift and 3 customers that checked in after me had already driven off with their oil changes completed. I asked the service writer why is it taking so long and he said " some techs take longer than others ". I was very disappointed and probably won't come back. Another issue. The place was a sty. Dirty front door. Dirty windows . Waiting room was a mess, etc. Did you lose a Supervisor that maintained a good appearance and quality customer experience ? Bye.
