Had just a safety and emissions inspection done. But was told my radiator was leaking and given a quote for repair for well over $700.00. Prior to taking my car in for inspection, I had no trouble or incident with my car leaving any spots on my driveway or places I parked. When I paid for my car and drove it home, I noticed a spot on my driveway, within minutes, directly under my car, which was not there prior to me taking my car to you for an inspection. If this is how you drum up business , I am not impressed. When I called to complain, I was told my car was old, had a lot of mileage and cars can suddenly break. Not the answer I was looking for. I cannot believe a company would seriously pull this tactic and actually believe I would fall for a coincidental problem. From now on, I will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone I know will also take their vehicles to an honest repair shop. Shame on you for capitalizing on your company name. You really need to take the "Christian" out of your name, since your dishonest behavior is not represented by implying your company is Christian like in any manner. Please review your mechanics background a little closer as well.

It is frustrating to find that your vehicle needs a repair, especially when one is not expected. As we discussed and your comments demonstrate this business has no incentive to create a problem on vehicle. During your trip back from Pennsylvania the radiator may have leaked to a level below the crack and it would not been apparent. However, the technician noted a crack in the upper radiator seam during his review.. This is not uncommon after 215,000 miles. The problem was brought to your attention and you did not want to complete any repairs. We topped off your radiator fluid at no charge to ensure that you could drive home safely. Once home, with the fluid topped off, you noticed the leak and called. We do approach every vehicle as if it were our own, and never want to oversell or create a problem where one does not exist. We wish you the best.
