Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for any miscommunication ? The Service Advisor that handled your vehicle was new (his first week). He did speak with your spouse and provided a detailed estimate of what the problems were and the repairs necessary to get your vehicle back on the road. In retrospect he should have made sure both of you were fully informed when you picked up the vehicle. Sorry for any inconvenience.
