My daughter's engine blew a seal in the power steering pump, though at the time we were unsure what the problem was. CB did not hesitate to get her jeep into the shop, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They ordered and received the part the same day; her Jeep was ready the following morning. They were professional in how they handled the problem, they were up front and did not hide anything. Thanks for doing a great job.

This happens quite often on vehicles that are rusted. We feel it is better to prepare you for the worst than call you in the middle of the repair and ask for more labor.

Thank-you for your comments. We recall when you picked your vehicle up,you said that you felt we "had you over a barrel" since your truck was not running and you had it towed here. We never hold people "hostage". We always give you information up front and email you a copy of service needed on every repair. It is always up to you whether you COOSE to have your service done with us or take it elsewhere. As for the Dealer being $100 lower, we always match Dealer pricing - IF you bring your written dealer estimate to us in writing. Other shops may be cheaper than we are and others may be higher than we are. We buy quality parts from reputable vendors and warranty all of our work 24 Months or 24,000 Miles. WHICHEVER BENEFITS THE CUSTOMER. So if you put 45,000 miles within the 24 months, we still warranty it. I apologize that our technician left grease on your vehicle - we will gladly take care of cleaning that. Your battery test, which is a complimentary test we do on every vehicle, failed a load test, and we can give you a copy of that printout also.
