Great service, as always. I have brought my 4 cars here since their opening. Although the price is a fair one, I have another source that provides me minor services at a better price. That said for anything major, I highly recommend them.
Service engine light cost me $79 for them just to read the codes. This took all of three minutes. Actual service was done within the next two hours that same day so they were timely. The desk representative was friendly and courteous. The reading material in the waiting room was all over one year old so nothing to write home about here. The cost of the part on the street ranges from $60-$120 and the total price for the work was over twice what I paid last time for the same O2 sensor replacement on the other side just last year. Add in the $79 and it cost quite a bit more than I expected. If I don't have additional issues and I get another two years out of this repair then it was worth it. If not, fool me once shame on me, fool me twice . . . .
Immaculate facilities. Friendly folks. Attention to detail. Courteous delivery and pick up to and from my office while the car was being repaired. Well-prepared list of options. It is a genuine pleasure to deal with professionals who have rediscovered the fine art of excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.
As always, the guys at Christian Brothers diagnosed and fixed the problem with my aged Volvo in a hurry. They are always helpful, courteous and friendly as well. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
