A five-star rating for their technical work and professionalism is insufficient. I have never seen a more professional and competent group of automotive technicians. Having restored antique cars for 40 years, I speak as an insider to automotive work. I needed a professional shop to pull the motor from my Ford Explorer and replace the gaskets (oil leakage). I could not do it in one day because my business was consuming too much of my time. One day was no problem for Oscar the Technician and Jeff at the front desk. With the motor out I asked them to use their expertise to find any other problems. Bottom line: I have owned this Explorer since new, it now has 183,000 miles and it now actually runs as well as it did out of the dealership thanks to Christian Brothers Automotive. I unequivocally recommend them and will bring my other vehicles to them.

We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your latest experience at our shop. As the shop owner, I would love to visit with you about how I can help. We always try to use the highest quality parts available at the time of the repair and so it's hard to speak to what exactly was used 3 years and 10 months ago. As for our current warranty, it is the best in the business. 2years or 24k miles whichever works best for you. This is a brand new warranty that just went into affect in June of 2013. Our warranty at the time of your first repair was 12/12 which would have expired at the end of Jan. 2011. Because we stand behind our work, we usually extend that warranty at least 6 months. I'm glad you allowed us to work with you and get the price to where you agreed to do the repair with us. I hope that you are happy with the job we did on the actual repair this time.
