Received status that their diognostic scanner wasn't working and would be repaired within hours. Took 2 days to finish the work only to find that their scanner was still in fact not working and part installed wasn't required. This work actually required 2 weeks to complete satisfactorly and the vehicle was actually out sourced to a "qualified firm" to complete the work.

The estimate went from $900. to $500. when I told them I could get the work done at the dealership for just over $500.

ALso, when I went to pick up the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was outside. I said I didn't see it when I drove up. I was told maybe it was way at the back. Well, I walked to the back to look & it was not there. I was about to decide the vehicle was gone but no I found it parked across from the front office(not in the Christian Brothers lot). Granted it had been ready for pick up a couple of day but I was told that it was not a problem for me to pick it up later.

I don't feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman as some 'garages' might do. Service was faster than I expected and I feel confident that the work was done correctly.

I have had my van in there twice for the same problem. Both times it left the shop, they assured me the problem was resolved. both time thes van broke down in less than two weeks after "repair". The second time, I was 50 miles from the nearest town, in another state, at 2:00 am and with a small child in the car with me. I was left stranded for six hours with her and the temp outside was near freezing.

I felt like there were more gauruntees said than actually done. I came in Friday to get an oil change. You told me to come in b/w 8-11 or b/w 1-4. I came at about 1:45ish, b/c you told me I didn't need to make an appointment b/c you could take care of car in those times. Well I didn't know it would take you at least 2 hours to even get my car into the shop before doing a rushed job b/c I had been waiting too long. I have a baby, and when you have a baby you have to set appointments in order to keep a routine schedule for that child.So b/c my baby was getting too fussy I had to leave and come back the following Monday. I figure they could take me to work, have my car done before their lunch rush, get picked up and go home before lunch. Wrong. I asked if my ride could pick me up at 11:30. They said no problem. 11:45, 11:50, I tried calling and got put on hold. I ended up getting a ride from someone at work. When I got to the place I had to tell the guy what he needed to do for me, step by step. I guess time is something they haven't figured out yet, and that it is precious to everyone.

I was not satisfied with the time it took to check out my car and diagnose a problem. I was told it would only take about an hour, but it ended up being all day, then there was not time to do the work until the next week due to it being a Friday. I was charged $48.50 after having waited all day for something that I was told would only take an hour. Very unhappy with the service.

Excellent service,timely manor,however,felt like they overcharged for the part.
