Had a simple problem with window / door controls. After three weeks of run around we took the car back only to find it filthy dirty with the repairs not completed.

Christian Brothers were flat out rude and overcharged us for doing nothing.

I called the Space Center facility to report a problem with my car on Friday morning. After telling him the situation, Andy Miller took charge and arranged to have the car towed from my place of business to Space Center. He called to check that the car had been picked up and then again after they had run diagnostics on it. He explained what had happened with a couple of sensors and the issue resulting from that. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was ready by the end of the day, so I was not without transportation during the weekend. For someone who knows very little about car problems, it was a very reassuring feeling to know that they took care of everything. Thank you, Andy and the rest of the crew. I appreciate all you did.

Recently my suburban "died" in a parking lot of a local flower shop. I was meeting a business partner there to go on to a meeting and had absolutely no time for car repairs. The solution was simple. I called Christian Brothers Space Center and left the key with florist. Christian Brothers came to the flower shop, jumped my car, and took it in for evaluation. Fortunately it only needed a new battery. By the time I finished my meeting, my own car was ready for me.
