I called the Space Center facility to report a problem with my car on Friday morning. After telling him the situation, Andy Miller took charge and arranged to have the car towed from my place of business to Space Center. He called to check that the car had been picked up and then again after they had run diagnostics on it. He explained what had happened with a couple of sensors and the issue resulting from that. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was ready by the end of the day, so I was not without transportation during the weekend. For someone who knows very little about car problems, it was a very reassuring feeling to know that they took care of everything. Thank you, Andy and the rest of the crew. I appreciate all you did.
