Once we got an appointment and were able to see one of the doctors at the hospital, things went smoother. I did appreciate the vet's interest in better understanding our cat's medical history, her answering questions, and of course the thorough examination. Hopefully, this will become our cat's veterinarian long-term. The only reason I did not give a five-star review is because making an appointment was a bit of a hassle. I could not make an appointment before the practice had received all of our cat's medical records. And even though we did submit them, they were not reviewed carefully. Supposedly they made corrections to their files before we left the practice, but we'll see if that actually happened. Plus, they require a deposit to make an appointment. I was rather surprised by this practice; I've never seen something like it, but that could be just me and my experience.
