Generally we have had good experiences when we have come in the past and this time was generally ok as well. However there were a couple things that left me less than pleased. We arrived in on time in fact slightly early so that we do not throw off the schedule. Greeted wonderfully as usual and take back very soon after that. Once in they took my dog for a nail clipping. Disclaimer that my dog is an 85 lbs Doberman who is a big baby at times. After quite a wait they finally came back and expresssed that in the future we would need to give him sedative to clip his nails. Never once in all the nail clippings at this place has a tech or vet told me that and something I do not want to hear again. We move past that and I am like ok lets just head out, but no we have not even gotten the shots we were there to get in the first place. So the tech leaves and again a long wait to come back. Now I am confused as the shots we needed were known beforehand so why the delay and thus more anxiousness on my dogs part. Finally we get the shots and able to finally leave. Frustrated but we are done so we head home only to see the receipt at home that has the note of difficult next to nail trim. Really. When he got his shots he was anxious and all it took was my holding his head and rubbing behind the ears. I know it seems something so insignificant but I do not like characterizations of my dog. He is big and he is strong yes but he is nothing but a big baby that frankly would sell me out to a robber for a head rub and treat. Going forward all my appointments will be with Dr. Silvers and her team only as she is the best.

Nice friendly staff. They always take their time with you and I trust them. Highly recommend!
A good place to go for vet care, and they are so accommodating.

Waiting room staff was extremely friendly to me and to my very vocal Rottweiler. We were escorted to an examination room on time and the vet, Dr. Greenville, immediately attended to our dog and did the appropriate testing. She took her time in explaining his diagnosis and interacted with him to make him comfortable. She did not rush through anything and definitely made the experience pleasant and stress-free!

We have been going to Circle C Animal Hospital for years and have always been pleased with every aspect of their service. The doctors are thorough, professional, and friendly and the staff and techs are so as well.

Great care provided to my cat. Dr. Greenville called me and gave me detailed information of the tests that had been performed and other tests that she would like to perform to rule out other possible medical issues. I was kept updated on the costs at the time and the costs of the other tests.
The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The facility was super clean as one would expect. I would highly recommend Circle C Animal Hospital to anyone.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The vet techs are knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Rafferty always explains fully when I ask a question, and he shows sensitivity with my terriers who always have anxiety when going to the vet. Also we only live 5 minutes away.
