Generally we have had good experiences when we have come in the past and this time was generally ok as well. However there were a couple things that left me less than pleased. We arrived in on time in fact slightly early so that we do not throw off the schedule. Greeted wonderfully as usual and take back very soon after that. Once in they took my dog for a nail clipping. Disclaimer that my dog is an 85 lbs Doberman who is a big baby at times. After quite a wait they finally came back and expresssed that in the future we would need to give him sedative to clip his nails. Never once in all the nail clippings at this place has a tech or vet told me that and something I do not want to hear again. We move past that and I am like ok lets just head out, but no we have not even gotten the shots we were there to get in the first place. So the tech leaves and again a long wait to come back. Now I am confused as the shots we needed were known beforehand so why the delay and thus more anxiousness on my dogs part. Finally we get the shots and able to finally leave. Frustrated but we are done so we head home only to see the receipt at home that has the note of difficult next to nail trim. Really. When he got his shots he was anxious and all it took was my holding his head and rubbing behind the ears. I know it seems something so insignificant but I do not like characterizations of my dog. He is big and he is strong yes but he is nothing but a big baby that frankly would sell me out to a robber for a head rub and treat. Going forward all my appointments will be with Dr. Silvers and her team only as she is the best.

This is the best veterinary clinic ever!!! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and I can't say enough about Dr. Rafferty. He is AWESOME!

As always I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Rafferty is great with my Sheepadoddle and I trust him.
Very nice staff. Worked with Stephanie for years as she helped me with my sheep dog Missy so much in her last years.

Today was a exceptionally good day of service. I had my hands full with my 1yr old and an under exercised puppy, but everyone was very friendly and accommodating through the process. The high point was after finishing my consultation, one of the techs offered to walk my dog outside as I paid.

A - OK
