You can tell Dr. Lee is no longer at this office. Really bad time management for booking appointments with clients. I met with the medical care provider an hour after the scheduled time.
I booked the appointment because my front lower teeth are separating after my Invisalign treatment. After spending $5,000 that should not be happening.
Surprised that the medical provider did not look at my chart prior to meeting with me. Also she proposed fillers before looking at my teeth.
Are you kidding me? She eventually said that she remembered looking at my chart with Dr. Lee and remembered that I had extensive work done. I had 18 Invisalign trays, that really does not constitute extensive treatment. I think two years of treatment is extensive. Was told that she would check with Invisalign and get back to me. I really doubt that that will happen. In the past I have always had to call and ask if my new trays were in.
If the medical providers are not going to look at a patient's chart prior to meeting with them, it might be wise to increase your malpractice insurance coverage. Really poor patient care since Dr. Lee left.
