Dr. Ngo was very patient and professional. She explained clearly what had happened to me.
Front desk charged me my co pay when I checked in, however, the dentist assessed my treatment wrong and I ended up only getting one composite. I had to ask for part of my co-pay back which I assumed the front desk clerk would give me after speaking to the doctor. She told me she would credit my account, but I said no. I am a bit uneasy and worried that she might have billed my insurance for two composites instead of the 1 that I had received.
