The last two times I have booked services at Citrus (haircut and massage) they have both been cancelled. Each time I have received a phone message less than one hour before my scheduled appointment telling me that the stylist "missed the bus" or the technician "couldn't make it in", with barely an apology. This kind of behavior is simply unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients who arrange their schedules to make their appointments. I like Aveda products, but there are plenty of other salons/spas in this city that actually respect their clients. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.
