Hello, I'm Rachael Lewis, and I would like to welcome you to our family-owned business. We are a full-service, automotive repair and maintenance shop. Our family has owned, operated and served the Gainesville area for over 30 years with quality repairs and friendly, consistent service. We pride ourselves on getting the job done correctly the first time with our highly experienced staff and strong attention to detail. We firmly believe in performing routine maintenance to keep your vehicle running at its best, and ALL of our work comes with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty.Plus, it is our pleasure to offer a FREE shuttle service to get you to and from work or home. We can also arrange towing for your vehicle at your convenience.

A good bunch of folks there at City Auto. Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in and they got right to me. I described to Lisa the problem I was having and she asked all the right follow up questions and repeated back everything to make sure we were on the same page. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and the work done in a timely fashion. Price seemed very reasonable. I will go back the next time I'm in need.
