Actually my interaction with staff was fine, they was courteous, respectful and kind.
I was however disappointed that the fees that I was being charged apparently was the wrong one
I was charged $89 for a replacement pair of frames and then told the doctor had the wrong calculations and I needed to pay about $15 more upon arrival/pick up of my frames
This was only after I had left the facility, the doctor apologized and contacted me by phone; again was apologetic for the mishap but it was an irritant
I'm sure it was an honest mistake however to be told one fee and I pay upfront to be surprised with having to pay an additional fee where it wasn't my mistake is not good business or practice
