I made an appointment for Saturday morning to hane an oil change and 2 new tires put on. When I picked up my car they said the tire pressure system for one tire couldn’t be reset but it might reset when I drive it. That didn’t happen so I called and they told me that my tire sensor must be broken and I’d have to pay $85 to have it fixed. My husband called and was told that the car might be confused(made no sense) but if we wanted to bring the car back, they would check it. We drove back and they took the car in immediately to check the sensor. Within minutes Candace told us that the sensor was indeed broken, and one their technicians broke it but didn’t tell anyone before sending me home with the car. She was extremely nice about it and rectified the situation right away. She took what could have been a horrible experience and turned it in to a very positive experience. The way she handled the situation was very professional and much appreciated.
