Just went here before Christmas and sure am glad that we did. We will now take all our fur babies here due to the attentive and well explained care that we received for the 3 kids we have brought in ssince.Very happy with the service and the pricing I think is very reasonable considering what we had to have done. This particular visit was on New Year’s Eve for a maintenance thing, a prescription refill and a temperature check for our little girl who go broken her hind leg on Christmas Eve, jumping off the couch (catching the edge of her leg on the ottoman). The office was open for minor issues that a vet technician is able to handle. The vet technician was on her own and extremely capable and professional. Earlier in the week she had referred us to Boundary Bay Emergency Animal Hospital for Lucie’s leg. She was very helpful and kind. We really appreciated her calm, gentle nature and helpful advice.
I am very happy with the time that was spent with my pup. Both times visited , I found that the vet and staff get down to his level and are patient with him and get to know and understand his issues. I have been to other places that rush you in and out. This is not the case here. . Having that kind of trust and experience means so much
The receptionist seemed to like to charge me more than the amount I should pay. After I questioned about the amount and double checked with my records, she told me the correct amount. At March 17th 11:44am, I went there for my dental appointment, checked in, the receptionist said that the hygienist was absent. But nobody had ever contacted me ahead of time, she said she left a message to me, however she was lying, all my phones didn't get any voice mail on that day.
