I never felt so comfortable being touched in my private area. Stephanie is a great lady she has been very good to me and I love her warmth and relaxing personality. So much better than the last place I went. Stephanie is a great esthetician. The staff was very friendly. If your a woman who regularly waxed and is going through the change, this is the place to go. Made me feel very comfortable and not at all embarrassed. Best experience I've ever had getting a Brazilian.

I heard about Clayton Med Spa through a promotion we had at work, the Community Appreciation Program. I felt that since it was in a nice area it would be a nice facility.

My first appointment was in July and I got the Body Care and upgraded to a 60 minute body treatment. I read that a gratuity is required but wasn't sure that it was in the price I paid. No information was given to me. The lady I had did not do that great of a job but I felt I had to tip her anyway. Well I tipped her twice because I didn't realize they already charged my card for it. I planned on coming back so I didn't want to start off on the wrong foot.

When I called to make my second appointment the lady I spoke with got real rude and kept saying that the gratuity portion is in the brochure I had. She kept repeating it and her tone was as if she was talking down to me. I came back yesterday for a Brazilian Wax and it was awful. She left a lot of hair, she didn't walk me through how to breathe, what to expect, nothing. And this was my first time. The $40 I paid for the Package is going into the trash. I have told those I work with about this place. Now I see why there are Groupons and packages. You can't get anyone to come into the facility!
