Of course, we take all of our Owner's and Guest's concerns very seriously. This problem was resolved immediately after being reported however, it is a recurring problem in this home, particularly at this very hot and humid time of the year. HVAC units are often turned quite low, and the resulting condensation creates a perfect environment for mold. We began treating those areas with a product to kill mold on each occasion the home was cleaned after understanding how pervasive the issue. Communication issues have been resolved, and all parties....Property Manager, Owner and Guest were contacted. Thanks so much for helping get the problem resolved!
