I did love everything about his work. His preparation, his communication. One thing that I am not happy with is that one of the bedrooms still has some stains. And maybe that is my fault, maybe I didn't tell him to pretreat. Although, I would have thought he would have seen them while he was working. The rest of the house is A+

Cleanville was recommended to us by a friend who had a great experience with them. We are very glad we tried them! We were able to drop off 6 braided rugs to be cleaned, and they turned out fantastic!! They were dirty on both sides, and they look almost as good as new. The turn around time to clean them was only a few days. In the past we have tried to have these rugs cleaned by professional carpet cleaners when they came to our home to clean our carpets...but the braided rugs never looked very clean. I knew there had to be a better way. Cleanville is the BETTER WAY. Their cleaning system got our rugs very clean. Watch their videos in their website to see the different steps they use to clean rugs. We feel they have very reasonable prices, and it's worth every penny! We highly recommend Cleanville for cleaning your area rugs.
