Thomas Wuorio, Service Manager, presented himself to my wife and I as a true professional, whom I would view as an asset to your company. He was well-spoken, empathetic and understanding. He corrected the problem created by the original installation and answered all of our questions. In a word, he is excellent.
The sole reason my rating isn't a 10 is because we were less than pleased with the initial crew, who not only didn't perform well, but wired the unit incorrectly (which has caused uneven cooling since installation) and literally stole a nice screwdriver of ours that they were using to install the thermostat. Their rating would be a "1". In addition, we had your people out after the installation to check on excessive vibration, and they didn't identify the improper installation.
Thomas changed our attitude toward your company completely.
