At first, meh. No receptionist and they took a walk in customer before my appointment, making my appoinent more than 15 minutes late even though I arrived early. Someone explained that I simply didn't get checked in. Whatever, I was sitting right up front and I should have been better served. I just didn't realize until it was too late.
Now the reason that frustrated me is that I showed up 6 minutes late for an appoinent last time and was treated rudely by a condescending employee. She said I was much too late and "we run a tight ship here." But the clock on the wall said it was much to early to be rude to customers. Truly there's never time for that, but especially not in 6 minutes.
So 6 minutes of your time is so precious that I got turned down from a place that didn't have anyone waiting, but my time is so valueless that I won't always be acknowledged and 15-20 minutes late for an appointment is no problem. That's silly, right?
Hair cut was pretty good. Had a decent conversation with stylist about how best to cut my hair and the results are better than usual.
