I can't say enough about the team at CNY Vets - They are the best! I always get great customer service and they are great with my pets. I love how they text me reminders or when an earlier appointment becomes available. I'll never forget their kindness when my cat Nico passed. They were there for me when I needed them most. I requested medicine refills for our cat. After phone call indicating it was available, I drove to office. I called again when I arrived, and was invited inside. I paid, and was given refills. Everyone was polite and helpful.

Our 3 small dogs have been patients for 4 years now. They board twice a year and are happy and clean when we pick them up. When an emergency arose, we were seen immediately and the care was perfect.
