From soup to nuts it's always a pleasant experience - my dog might disagree on that - but from the human point of view it's great. Everyone is welcoming, and the entire staff show concern and consideration. We travel from Manteo and that's a fair distance but that is offset by the punctuality and readiness of the clinic and the staff. An 11am appointment means an 11am appointment, not an arrival at 11 and a wait until noon. On very rare occasions an animal in need of emergency care has delayed our appointment, but that was never a problem. If my dog needed emergency treatment I am sure that other clients in the waiting room would understand. The only regret from our last visit is that we didn't get to see Maybelline.

As always, care received was excellent. My Westie obviously had an ear infection and they were able to work us in for an unscheduled appointment. The vet and her assistant were very kind and knowledgeable. Took their time discussing Fiona's history..She is 100% better today! Thank you!

The staff took our ill cat in last minute while we we were stuck sailing our boat home from Ocracoke to Manteo. Along with boarding her and monitoring her, they kept me updated on her condition. While I’m sure her response to tests and medications played out like a horror movie in the back room, the staff was still so kind and patient! Dr. Belton is awesome, and Kate was also fantastic!
