From soup to nuts it's always a pleasant experience - my dog might disagree on that - but from the human point of view it's great. Everyone is welcoming, and the entire staff show concern and consideration. We travel from Manteo and that's a fair distance but that is offset by the punctuality and readiness of the clinic and the staff. An 11am appointment means an 11am appointment, not an arrival at 11 and a wait until noon. On very rare occasions an animal in need of emergency care has delayed our appointment, but that was never a problem. If my dog needed emergency treatment I am sure that other clients in the waiting room would understand. The only regret from our last visit is that we didn't get to see Maybelline.
My sick dog was treated so well even though we were a walk-in and did not have an appointment. The Doctor and Technicians were so patient and helpful with caring for and treating my dog, it was like they had cared for him for years, and this was our first visit. Thank you to all who helped care for and treat my dog, he was feeling so much better from the moment we left.
