Upon entering the office, I found it to be very fresh and clean, which is very important to me. The staff was courteous and pleasant. When Doctor Javid came into the room, I found her to be pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. She took her time to listen to my questions and gave thorough explanations in response. I never felt as though I was being rushed, as one so often is in the medical world. She did an excellent job with my surgery and they have healed beautifully. Overall I was a was very pleased with my reception and care in Doctor Javid's office.
