We were double charged for 6 fillings, charged for a root canal that didn't get done (even though they said they did it - but confirmed by 2 other dentist it was not done), charged for a crown that didn't get done and 2 months later still fighting to get a refund on the services!!

Bad Service-Bad Impression

People are slow, no communication at all in the office.

They did all my X-rays, and one of the X-rays they didn't put on me the Lead Vest, this is dangerous and is my concern.

Also I am still waiting for them to let me know when they can do my next cleaning; they told me that they don't have anybody now.

I am very mad about the first time that I visited this office.

If don't see any improvement, I will find a new service.

Staff were friendly and very welcoming. The office does need some work, the waiting room especially needs some ltc.

I always have to wait way past my appointment time because they are always running behind, they are short of personnel and not well organized
