I was not very impressed with the service or the doctor. The paradental (sp) hurt even a day after. I found out I do not have any cavities although you said I had 4 (They are stains not cavities) and One of the upper crowns is not necessary. Why should I switch to you because of insurance when it would have cost me over $1600 anyway? Sounds like I'm being used. Thanks but no thanks. PS I could not understand the doctor when she spoke

I was there for 2.5 hrs for a regular check up and cleaning. That is way too long, it is frustrating. It was not the first time for long ways. Plus, most of the staff was unfriendly and not helpful with the except of Jamie the hygienist. Jamie was great, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

After rescheduling the appointment twice due to issues at the office and getting an appointment almost a month later, I called to verify that they would fix the cavity THAT day. Instead, the dr. told us that she couldn't fill the cavity and would need to return two weeks later. I will not be returning to this office and do NOT reccomend their services.

I went in because I need two crowns replaced. She told me I also needed a new partial too- when mine is only a year old and the crowns were made after it. She was very impersonal and abrupt. I will not go back.

I was attended on time this visit and felt more informed about diagnosis and recommended procedures. I stll feel that the explanations should come from the doctor rather than the technician.

One suggestion: before staff address patients (especially mature persons) by their first names, they should ask them if this is preferable. Of course this is a pet peave of of mine as it applies to most health service sites.

I just went to the dentist and was pleased to have my appointment actually on time and NOT requested to change it before the day arrived. Jamie is wonderfully caring and a great dental hygienist. She is a treasure and is the first and foremost reason I continue to go there.
