i have to admit, i was so scared to return to "a" dentist after a very tramatic experience many years ago, same tooth, but i was at a point of no more excuses to cancel or not go, until Friday, i cried, i was so scared and even texted my husband i "was so scared" that he took off and was outside when i was finished. The compassion, the effort to make this a very pleasant experience for me, WORKED! Dr. Frank,and his staff from the work he did on my husband David to my encounter Friday proved to me that that, compassion and respect made my whole thinking process turn around. I look forward to having this office as "our dentist" office.
